Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. A valid tracking number or proof of postage must be provided.
Return locations are determined by the customer’s region:
- USA & Canada: returns must be sent to our USA returns address
- UK, Europe & Australia: returns must be sent to our UK returns address
Please contact us before returning your item to receive the correct return address and instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Please provide three clear photos:
- The damaged artwork
- The shipping label
- The shipping box/packaging
We will then offer:
- A replacement at no cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
