Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be sent to our UK address at the buyer’s cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Simply return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for your replacement items.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve the issue quickly.
Please provide three clear photos:
• Photo of the damaged artwork
• Photo of the shipping label
• Photo of the shipping box/packaging
We will then offer:
• A replacement at no cost, or
• A full refund to your original payment method.
