ORDERING
We’re happy to help with updating your delivery address, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. To make changes, please reach out to our Customer support team, here.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they enter production. However, if you contact our Customer Support Team immediately after ordering, we may be able to modify/cancel it before it ships from our warehouse. If cancellation is successful, we'll notify you so you can place a new order with the correct details.
SHIPPING
We ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide and always aim to dispatch your order from the location closest to you.
We offer worldwide shipping, with free delivery to the USA, UK, and Canada. For all other locations, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Every order includes track-and-trace services, and you’ll receive tracking details in a separate email from the courier once your order has been dispatched.
We process all orders within 1-5 days. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery option selected and your location, typically ranging from 2 to 7 days.
Delivery carrier depends on your location, but we typically use FedEx, UPS, or DPD.
We offer free shipping to the USA, Canada & UK. For European orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the volume and items in your order, the chosen shipping method, and your location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
RETURNS/DAMAGED GOODS
At Ateliér Printworks, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to love your artwork, and we're always here to help if there's an issue with your order.
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we will resolve this ASAP and make it right.
As each piece is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or other non-quality-related reasons. This allows us to offer a wide range of artwork while reducing waste and ensuring each order is made with care.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Email address or phone # used for the purchase
- Customer name on the order
- Name of the affected item(s)
- Clear photos showing the damage, original packaging, and shipping label
We'll resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery to ensure we can process the issue promptly.
