Severe Quality Control Issues! Incorrect Products Sent Repeatedly

This was one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve had.

First order: I ordered a framed artwork and received an item where the image was printed extremely small inside the canvas, completely out of proportion and not at all as shown in the product listing. After contacting the company, a replacement was arranged.

Second order: the replacement arrived, and again it was wrong. Once more, the image was printed extremely small inside the canvas, but this time framed.

At this point, two separate orders had arrived incorrectly, each with obvious and glaring sizing/proportion issues. This demonstrates a serious lack of quality control, not a one-off error.

A third replacement was offered free of charge, but after two failed attempts I had no confidence the issue would be resolved. The process had already consumed a significant amount of time and energy through repeated emails, unpacking, checking, and following up.

While refunds or replacements may eventually be offered, customers should be aware that what arrives may not resemble what is advertised, and resolving issues can be exhausting. I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly caution others to do so.

First, I want to apologise again for the experience you had. What happened with your order was the result of a production error, as this was the first order we sent to the Australian market. This unfortunately affected both the initial shipment and the replacement. We understand how frustrating this must have been and it is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. The production set-up issue has now been identified and rectified.

We arranged a replacement immediately after the first issue was reported and worked to have it expedited. Situations like this are extremely rare for us and this was a one-off production fault rather than something representative of our normal quality control or the products customers typically receive.

We understand why, after two incorrect deliveries, you chose not to proceed with another replacement. However, we did offer to send a third corrected piece free of charge to ensure you received the artwork as intended.

We appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention, as it allowed us to address the problem with production and prevent it happening again.
