Our Return Policy
At Ateliér Printworks, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to love your artwork, and we’re always here to help if there’s an issue with your order.
Most of our products are made to order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or other non-quality-related reasons. This approach allows us to offer a wide range of artwork while reducing waste and ensuring every order is made with care.
Non–Made-to-Order Items
For items that are not made to order, we’re happy to offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue and process a swift resolution — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
