ORDERING

We’re happy to help with updating your delivery address, as long as your order hasn’t been processed yet. To make changes, please reach out to our Customer Care Team, here.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. However, please contact our Customer Care Team here as soon as possible after placing your order. We may be able to cancel it before it is dispatched from our warehouse. If cancellation is possible, we will notify you, and you can proceed with placing a new order.

SHIPPING

We ship to USA, UK, Canada & Europe.

All shipments include track-and-trace services, and you will receive tracking details in a separate email from the courier once your order has been shipped.

We process all orders within 1-3 days. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery option selected and your location, typically ranging from 2 to 7 days.

We offer free shipping to the USA and UK. For European orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the volume and items in your order, the chosen shipping method, and your location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that local taxes or import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping fee.

RETURNS/DAMAGED GOODS

At Ateliér Printworks, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to love your artwork, and we’re always here to help if there’s an issue with your order.

As each piece is made to order, just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or other non-quality-related reasons. This allows us to offer a wide range of artwork while reducing waste and ensuring each order is made with care.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect print, please message us as soon as possible with the following details:

  • Email address used during purchase
  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Item name
  • A photo of the issue
